Take 1:30 rest between rounds

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Kettlebell or dumbell push press
  3. Kettlebell snatches or snatch pulls
  4. Burpees
  5. Kettlebell swings
  6. Whip the hose or slam the ball

Get to the beach!!!!
