Let’s do this circuit style!
6-8 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest(Using the Gym Boss Timer)
Take 1:30 rest between rounds
- Jumping pull ups
- Kettlebell or dumbell push press
- Kettlebell snatches or snatch pulls
- Burpees
- Kettlebell swings
- Whip the hose or slam the ball
Get to the beach!!!!
