  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Kettlebell or dumbell Press
  3. Evil wheel
  4. Low back extension
  5. Push ups or power push ups
  6. V-ups
  7. Double kettlebell front squats
  8. Pull ups or ring rows

We will be holding our famous Memorial Day Workout on Monday at 9am!  This will be the only workout of that day.  Be there!!!
