"Two Minute Torture"

Here’s one of our favorites:

On the two minute mark for 20 minutes(10 rounds) do(2 options):

Level 1(more difficult)

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 snatches
  • 15 Mountain climbers
  • 20 Kettlebell swings

Level 2(not as difficult)

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 swings
  • 15 Mountain climbers
  • 20 Jumping jacks

Example: If you get through all of these movements in 1:30, you have 30 seconds to rest.
