Couplet#1
- Kettlebell front squats
- Pull ups
Couplet#2
- Double Kettlebell cleans
- Push ups
Couplet#3
- Back extension
- Walkouts
Get as many rounds as possible in the 10 minute time period without going over the 5 rep max.
