Density Training

Do 10 minutes at each couplet.  Do not exceed 5 reps on each movement. 

Couplet#1

  • Kettlebell front squats
  • Pull ups

Couplet#2

  • Double Kettlebell cleans
  • Push ups

Couplet#3

  • Back extension
  • Walkouts

Get as many rounds as possible in the 10 minute time period without going over the 5 rep max.
