3 rounds: work rest on the Gym Boss 60/30, 50/25, 40/20

Use 1 kettlebell, and stay with it for the entire workout.

Switch sides at the half way point where appropriate on the work intervals.  For example, if you are doing kettelbell clean and press, you will do 30 seconds on the right, 30 seconds left, and rest for 30 seconds on the first round.

  1. Alternate leg or walking lunge(hold the kettlebell at the chest)
  2. Burpees
  3. Kettlebell clean/press
  4. Jump rope or rower
  5. Push ups/ring rows (change half way)
  6. Burpees
  7. 1 arm kettlebell swings (switch hands half way)
  8. Jump rope or rower

We will take 1 minute rest between rounds.
