Deck the Halls with the "Deck of Cards"
Is everyone ready for tomorrow?
We will go through the entire deck using 1 kettlebell. Split the reps in half on the bilateral exercises. For example, if you pull a 7 of spades, you will do 4 right and 3 left. The next time around you will do more with the left. Get it!!
- Hearts= 1 kettlebell clean/squat
- Diamonds= 1 arm row
- Clubs= Burpees
- Spades= Snatch or snatch pull
Aces=12 reps
Joker= Agility ladder for 30 seconds as a group
