5 rounds of each triplet: 20 seconds work/20 seconds of rest. Finish 5 rounds before moving on to the next triplet.
Triplet #1
- pull ups
- kettlebell front squats
- double presses or see saw presses
Triplet #2
- kettlebell snatch/right hand
- kettlebell snatch/ left hand
- Push ups or power push ups
Triplet #3
- Back hyperextension
- Knee up
- sit up
