The Power Triplets

5 rounds of each triplet:  20 seconds work/20 seconds of rest.  Finish 5 rounds before moving on to the next triplet.

Triplet #1

  1. pull ups
  2. kettlebell front squats
  3. double presses or see saw presses

Triplet #2

  1. kettlebell snatch/right hand
  2. kettlebell snatch/ left hand
  3. Push ups or power push ups

Triplet #3

  1. Back hyperextension
  2. Knee up
  3. sit up
