The Card Game

You will only need yourself, one kettlebell and a mat for this one.

Hearts= one hand swings or snatches (do the appropriate number of reps on each arm)
Diamonds= burpees or kb high pull burpees
Clubs=  1 arm kb thrusters or highpull/catch/squats
Spades= sit ups

We will go through the entire deck as fast as possible!
