Kettlebell Skills
Today we will work on cleaning up(pardon the pun) our kettlebell skills. Our warm-up will consist of:
3 rounds of:
2 handed swing 10/10
1 handed swing 5/5
1 handed high pull 5/5
Goblet squats 10
1 kb bottom up press 10
Halos 5r/5l
Here’s the workout:
3 rounds of the following couplets moving from one to the next taking no more then 30 seconds between each.
Round 1: 10 reps
Round 2: 8 reps
Round 3: 6 reps
- kb clean/ push ups
- kb clean and press/pull up assisted pull up or ring row
- clean and squat/sit ups
- snatch/ plank 30 sec
- 1 arm thruster/ 1 arm row
