We’ll kick off the holiday weekend with the "Deck O Cards"
You will only need one kettlebell and your body weight for this one. We will go through as much as we can in 30 minutes time. Each suite will represent an exercise and we will perform the recommended number of reps on the card.
Clubs: Kettlebell thrusters
Diamonds: Mtn. climbers
Hearts: 1 arm row
Spades: Swings, snatches or snatch pulls.
