Follow the leader (CrossFit Jersey Shore style)

There are 6 stations.  Everyone lines up, the first person starts, and the rest follow behind.  Each exercise is done for 30 seconds moving to the next with no break.  You must complete all 6 exercises before taking a 1:30 break.  In other words, we’re working for 3 minutes straight before taking a 1:30 break.

We will complete 5 rounds of this madness before coughing up a lung.

  1. jumping pull ups
  2. slam ball
  3. swings
  4. burpees
  5. high pulls
  6. thrusters
