Sorry for not posting Thursday’s workout, Jim and I were working on something.   Here’s todays group training.

Tabata Time: 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest for eight rounds of each of these exercises.

  1. Squats
  2. pushups
  3. kb swings
  4. jumping pullups
  5. situps
  6. rower or slamball

So, each person will perform the required eight rounds(4 minutes) at each station, rest 2 minutes and rotate to the next station.  Total of 24 minutes long minutes.
