PVC warm-up: Practice front squat, back squat, dead lift, and military press.

  1. Air squat
  2. Thrusters
  3. KB deadlift
  4. Slamball
  5. Planche
  6. Rower or Airdyne
  7. Lateral step ups
  8. Mountain climbers
  9. Rop climb or ring rows

Do 30 seconds on 30 seconds off of each drill , four rounds with 1 minute between each round.
