- 20 jumping jacks
- 15 sit ups or v-sits
- 10 push ups
- 20 reverse lunges (holding your kettlebell)
- 15 burpees
- 10 one arm rows 5r/5l or 10 pull ups
- 20 mountain climbers
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 10 presses with kettlebell or 5r/5l one arm push presses
