This familiar combo of movements will be wrapped up in a challenging but fun package!

Training Room characters congregate!

Friday night is our annual holiday Training Room night out!

We’ll be meeting at the Marina Gill in Belmar from 6-9 PM.

Here’s your Friday Challenge…

Get as many rounds as you can of the following:

  • 5 burpees, 8 squat thrusts or 10 slam ball
  • 5/5 cleans, snatches or 10 high pulls
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings or body weight squats
  • 250 meters of row,bike (500 meters), ski erg, versa climb or run the building
