Friday Conditioning

The Friday conditioning focus will consist of an exciting mix of cardio machines, body weight movements with a little kettlebell.

We will do the following in circuit fashion on  60/30 work/rest intervals.

60/30 x 4 rounds

  • 30 second of jump pulls or high pulls, 30 seconds of mountain climbers
  • Rest 30
  • 1 minute of bike
  • Rest 30
  • 30 seconds of skaters or lateral steps, 30 seconds of kettlebell swings
  • Rest 30
  • 1 minute on the rower
  • Rest 30
  • 30 second of crab toe touches or bicycles, 30 seconds of twists or Bulgarian bag
  • Rest 30
  • 1 minute ski
