Friday Heavy Strength

We’ve got the Tug-of-War THIS Saturday!

Team TR kicks off after 1pm so plenty of time to warm up!

The 2021 Warrior Challenge is JUST around the corner on October 30th!  Get ON IT!

Heavy Strength Supersets

These supersets will give you that extra kick for the Tug-of-War on Saturday! 

Your intervals are 30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest

You will complete 5 rounds of each Superset!

Superset #1:

  • Chest press
  • Deadlift or heavy swings

Superset #2:

  • Heavy rows
  • Goblet squats

Finisher Set #3: (30 work / 20 rest x 4 rounds):

  • Biceps (bands, dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight with straps/ rings… )
  • Triceps (bands, dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight with straps/ rings, dips)
  • Abdominal Choice (knees to chest, walk outs, power wheel, twist, plank, side plank, crawling…)
  • Cardio Choice (rower, bike, ski, run, JR, JJ, steps, skaters, etc..)
