This will be a well balanced combination of both strength and conditioning.

60/30 x 3 rounds of the following movements:

  • Bike
  • Alternate arm ring row
  • Quick step up, jump rope or run
  • Walking lunges
  • Rower
  • See saw press
  • Ski erg
  • Plank or crawl
