This will be a well balanced combination of both strength and conditioning.

60/30 x 3 rounds of the following movements:
- Bike
- Alternate arm ring row
- Quick step up, jump rope or run
- Walking lunges
- Rower
- See saw press
- Ski erg
- Plank or crawl
