Training Room friends…it’s strength deck of cards!

Let’s keep this rolling into Friday…

What are you working on this week to make yourself better?

The Traning Room wants to thank Bubba, Petra, Doug, Brian and Boxing Dan and Boxing Mike for stepping up big and covering for us while we were away this week.

It’s ALWAYS  a challenge to get everthing covered when we’re on vacation.

You guys are the BEST!

This event will be held at Goodsports USA in Wall, NJ.

As usual, you can do this with weight or without.

Here’s a different press variation you may want to try out

Even if you want to do this one at home (it’s the ultimate home workout)
Use whatever you have including the following items:
  • kettlebell
  • dumbbells
  • medicine ball
  • sandbag
  • bands
  • sliders/paper plates
  • sledge hammer
  • household items (water jug, laundry detergent etc.)

We will go through the entire deck.

Let’s have some fun with this one.

Here are your  movements…

  • Split squats or goblet squats
  • ring rows or 1 arm rows
  • Press choice..floor press, Push-up options or overhead press,Landmine (whatever “suits” you) 😉
  • Ab choice (sliders, power wheel, rotational movements, bands ets.)

Jokers can be 10 burpees or squat thrusts.

If you’re not feeling either one of those, then do some slam ball or extra cardio.
