  • Inertia Wave or Bullwhip
  • Swings

COUPLET #2

  • Skaters/ lateral steps/ ladder agility
  • mountain climbers or sit throughs

COUPLET #3

  • Jump or fast assisted pull ups
  • Kettlebell or dumbell LIGHT weight push-press

Rest 1:30

COUPLET #4

  • Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks or Run in Place (PEGS!)
  • Squat Thrust or LIGHT weight Clean & Squat

COUPLET #5

  • SKI
  • BIKE
