  • Kettlebell swings
  • V-ups
  • Kettlebell snatches (split it up)
  • Burpees
  • Rower (cals)

No excuses!

Everyone needs to find the time to get their workout in.  Especially during the holidays when diet goes down the crapper and we seem to be under a little more stress then usual.
