Wednesday is a strength focus at The Training Room. Let’s roll with a super efficient full body strength circuit!

Here’s what it looks like…

Complete one side, then the other of ALL the listed movements.

Strength Circuit

20 seconds of work/10 seconds rest x 4 rounds each side.

  • Kettlebell clean or single leg deadlift
  • Press
  • Split squat or lunge
  • Row
  • Side plank

We will finish up with this…

20/10 x 4 rounds (stationary)

  • kettlebell or dumbbell curl
  • kettlebell or dumbbell tricep extension
  • Abs
  • Body weight cardio
