Full Body Strength

Wednesday is a strength focus and as usual, we will be hitting up ALL the important parts with this full body strength circuit.

A full body Training Room strength circuit covers all the parts through compound functional (translate to life situations) movements.

It’s our goal to help keep your body balanced and healthy!

If you have or have not noticed, there are always the following movements inluded in our strength circuits.

  • Lower body push (such as a squat or split squat)
  • Upper body push (such as a press or push up)
  • Lower body pull or hinge (deadlift, swing etc.)
  • Upper body pull (ring row, kettlebell row)
  • Abdominal movement
  • Some type of cardio component mixed in such as a finisher (heart and lungs)

Here’s Wednesday’s Full Body Strength Circuit

60/30 x 3 rounds of the following movements (30 seconds on each side with a 30 second rest between movements)

  • Single leg deadlift r/l
  • Press choice r/l
  • Split squat r/l
  • Row r/l
  • Abs

FInisher:

60 hard/60 easy x 5

Choice of…

  • Cardio choice
  • Long cycle
  • Burpees
  • Wall ball
