Full Body Strength Circuit

Thursday is a strength focus and we have a full body strength circuit lined up.

Just a reminder that tomorrow’s classes will be at 7 am, 9 am and 5:30 pm.

Here’s what we’ve got for you on Thursday.

30 seconds of work with a 30 second rest between movements…

5 rounds total of the circuit.

  • Pull ups (ring assisted, band assisted or body weight), ring rows or kettlebell rows
  • Squat press (dumbbells, kettlebells, heavy medicine ball, sandbag)
  • Abs
  • Kettlebell swing. or snatch
  • Cardio choice

We will finish this one up with a gun show circuit…
