Here’s your strength circuit…
35/25 x 5 rounds
- Dumbbell chest press or push ups (inside)
- Hinge choice
- Upper body pull choice
- Abs
- Easy cardio choice
Finisher:
Complete the following reps of the following movements 1 x through…
10,8,6,4,2 reps
- Swings
- Squat thrusts or slam ball
- Body weight squat
- Mountain climbers
