  • Hinge choice
  • Upper body pull choice
  • Abs
  • Easy cardio choice

Complete the following reps of the following movements 1 x through…

10,8,6,4,2 reps

  • Swings
  • Squat thrusts or slam ball
  • Body weight squat
  • Mountain climbers
