Full Body Strength Sets

Time to kick it into heavy gear!  Let’s move around some weight!

Tuesday’s workout is a great combination of some heavier full body strength movements, some smaller muscle group concentration and a little cardio kicker!

SET 1:

You will work for 30 seconds / rest for 30 seconds

Complete 5 Rounds of the following Circuit:

  • Swings or Deadlifts
  • Chest press
  • Squat
  • Pull-up:

SET 2:

Work for 30 seconds / rest for 25 seconds x 4 rounds

  1. Bicep curls
  2. Tricep extension
  3. Ab choice
  4. Cardio choice
