We’ve got your full body strength on Friday!

Starting out with a full body strength circuit…

40/20 x 5 rounds of the following movements:

  • Upper body pull choice
  • Lower body (hinge choice or squat choice)
  • Upper body push choice
  • Light cardio

We will finish up with some accessory work…

40/20 x 1

  • Band tricep extensions
  • Band side steps
  • Bicep curls
  • abs
  • Cardio (go hard)
