We’ve got your full body strength on Friday!
Starting out with a full body strength circuit…
40/20 x 5 rounds of the following movements:
- Upper body pull choice
- Lower body (hinge choice or squat choice)
- Upper body push choice
- Light cardio
We will finish up with some accessory work…
40/20 x 1
- Band tricep extensions
- Band side steps
- Bicep curls
- abs
- Cardio (go hard)
