Full Body Strength In and OUT
Here at The Training Room, we are fortunate enough to offer indoor outdoor strength options.
The weather has been better then optimal for outdoor sessions lately, especially in the mornings.
Friday’s strength focus will take us both inside and outside, spreading things out and utilizing the entire space for this strength circuit.
Strength Circuit
35/25 x 5 rounds
- Dumbbell chest press (inside)
- Kettlebell deadlift (inside)
- Ring row or pull up (outside)
- Slant squats (outside)
- Ab choice (outside)
- cardio choice (outside)
