Here’s Thursday’s Strength Workout

30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest x 5 rounds

  1. Deadlift (your choice)
  2. Press (your choice)
  3. Rows (body weight, dumbells,kettlebells or bands)

30 seconds work / 20 seconds rest x 4 rounds

Guns, ABS and Heart

  1. Bicep Curls
  2. Tricep Extension
  3. Ab Choice
  4. Cardio Choice
