Fun Conditioning Circuit for Saturday!

Saturday is a fun conditioning day.
Come play with us!
Here’s what’s happening…
Your intervals will look like this: Work/Rest
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
- 30/5
Here’s your circuit:
- Jump-pulls or feet down assisted (for the non-jumpers)
- Slam, Sledge or mace swing (if you know how)
- Step-up or Run (sled option)
- Broad jump or kettlebell swings
- Skaters
- Crab toe touches
- Squat thrusts
- Cardio choice or jump rope
Rest 1 minute between each circuit.
