Functional Conditioning

On this conditioning focus Wednesday, we will using functional movements (things we may see in everyday life) while ramping up our fitness levels.

This is going to be a good one!

Work intervals will be 1 minute and rest will be 30 seconds.

We’ll complete 4 rounds of the following circuit:

  • Sled or step ups (inside)
  • Row
  • Quick step up or run
  • Farmer carry
  • Squat press or wall ball
  • Ski or versa climber
