Nothing Complicated

My training has been very simple lately. I've only been using four movements. 

My top four movements as of late are:

  • Get ups for full body warmup and shoulder health
  • kettlebell Clean and press for pressing strength
  • weighted pull ups for pulling strength
  • Kettlebell snatches for conditioning

Today's training:

5 minutes of get ups with 32 kg


V02 max kettlebell snatches 52 sets of 8/8 with 24kg's

I wish I knew about this stuff when I was in high school!

I could have been a contender!
