My training has been very simple lately. I've only been using four movements.
My top four movements as of late are:
- Get ups for full body warmup and shoulder health
- kettlebell Clean and press for pressing strength
- weighted pull ups for pulling strength
- Kettlebell snatches for conditioning
5 minutes of get ups with 32 kg
V02 max kettlebell snatches 52 sets of 8/8 with 24kg's
I wish I knew about this stuff when I was in high school!
I could have been a contender!
