Tuesday is challenge day, and we’ve got a fun one for you.

Tuesday’s challenge can be done 2 different ways…
Thirty Minutes for rounds.
- 250 cardio choice
- 20 step-ups
- 250 cardio choice
- 20 feet down or jump-pulls
- 250 cardio choice
- 20 squat thrusts
- 250 cardio choice
- 20 swings or body weight squats
This can also be done as a circuit of 60/30 for 3 rounds.
Remember, we can substitute any movements that you are having difficulty with or cannot do.
