- Squat hold (hold something heavy)
- Plank or Power Wheel walks
- Farmer walk
- Static hold on the rope or pull up bar
- Low back extension
Timed intervals: work/rest in seconds
- 60/60
- 50/50
- 40/40
- 30/30
