Half Strength and Half Cardio
Saturday’s strength focus will actually be half strength and half cardio.

Work hard and have some fun with this one.
Don’t forget to register for ROW for HOPE!
Here’s your strength segment…
5 minutes non-stop of the following movements.
Do each side(R/L) for 30 seconds
3 rounds
- Swings, cleans or DL choice R/L
- Press R/L or slow push ups
- Split squat or lunge R/L
- Row R/L
- Abs for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute and repeat for 3 rounds total
Cardio Segment
5 minutes on each piece (30 hard, 30 easy for 5 rounds on each)
- Row
- Bike
- Ski
Rest for 1 minute between each 5 minute set.
