20 seconds work/20 seconds work/20 seconds work

Do each movement for 20 seconds with no rest between for three minutes straight.

Then, take 1:30 rest and move on to the next triplet

Tripets in question:

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. D-ball thrusters
  3. Slam ball

1:30 rest

  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Burpees
  3. Jumping jacks

1:30 rest

  1. Kettlebell snatch right
  2. Kettlebell snatch left
  3. Mountain climbers

1:30 rest

Go through each triple one more time!
