Tabata Couplets:  Move back and forth from one to the other for 6 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off at each station.  There will be 2 minute break between couplets.

  1. Jumping pull ups/wall ball
  2. Swings/slamball
  3. rower/airdyne bike (6 rounds on each)
  4. High pulls/mountain climbers

**The more you put in to this, the more you will get out of it!!

**In other words, there is no way anyone should be telling us that this was easy!!!
