Hard and Easy Intervals

Since Tuesday is a conditioning focus, we will be diving in to some hard and easy intervals.

Choose 3 different items you would like to work with.

Maybe go with something you havn’t done in a while.

Some choices can be:

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Jump rope
  • Squat thrusts
  • Burpees
  • Jumping jacks
  • Step ups
  • Kettlebell sport

We will go hard for 1 minute and easy for 1 minute for a total of 15 sets (30 minutes) between 3 different items.
