There’s more to celebrate…

it’s The Training Room’s 24th birthday!

We first opened up on January 2 of 1999 in Belmar as a one on one personal training facility in an 800 square foot store front.

One on one express fitness sessions (30 minute full body blasters) were our thing!

In 2002, we moved into our current location in Avon by the sea, but only occupied 1/3 of the building.

A few years later we started training larger groups, knocked a few walls down, and ALSO made outdoor exercise “a thing”

NOW, back to Tuesdays workout.

Each couplet will be executed for 10 minutes and will be done in ladder fashion.

Take 2 minutes rest between each couplet.

  • Step-ups (10/10,8/8,6/6,4/4,2/2), Split squats or reverse lunges

Couplet 3

  • Row
  • Squat thrust or push-press
