It’s going to be a great week of training for those of us who show up!

Here’s what we’ve got for you on Monday…

Supersets of 20/10 x 5 rounds of each

Superset 1

  • Jumping or fast assisted pull ups
  • Mountain climbers

Superset 2

  • Knees to chest
  • Bulgarian bag or mace swings

Superset 3

  • Swing or jump
  • Squat thrusts, slam or sledge hits

Superset 4

  • Dumbbell push press
  • Air squats or drop squats

Superset 5

  • Bike x 5
  • Ski or Versa Climber x 5
