Let’s get our conditioning on Tuesday with some heart pounding supersets!

Tuesday will look like this…
20/10 x 5 rounds of each of the following supersets
- Jump pull or high pull
- Mountain climb or shoulder taps
- Air squat or squat jump
- knees to chest (abs)
- Slam ball or sledge hits
- Bulgarian bag, twist or mace swing
- Swing or clean
- Push-Press or push up
