Warm up with a kettlebell warm up…

Today”s basic strength session will consist of 5 sets.

Use your first 2 sets to warm up using moderate weight.

Then ramp up on the last 3 rounds and try to PR!

Rep scheme will look something like this:

Sets

  1. 10 reps
  2. 8 reps
  3. 5 reps
  4. 5 reps
  5. 3-5 reps

You can circuit through the movements or complete all atoledo sets of one movement before moving on to the next.

  • Floor press ( 1 or 2 handed) 
  • Front squat ( 1 or 2 bells)
  • Pull-ups
  • KB deads (5×10 w/ moderate weight or heavy 10,8, 3×5)
  • Ab choice

Finisher…Partner 1/2 mile heavy sandbag carry AFAP.
