Yesterday’s Training Session

Here’s what I did yesterday:

Get ups and Pull ups ladders 5,4,3,2,1

  • 5 get ups R/L, 5 Pull ups with 24 kg
  • 4 get ups R/L, 4 pull ups with 28 kg
  • 3 get ups R/L, 3 pull ups with 32 kg
  • 2 get ups R/L, 2 pull ups with 36 kg
  • 1 get up R/L, 1 pull ups with 40 kg

Finshed up with some heavy pull up singles: 48kgx1, 52kgx1
