Monday is a heavy STRENGTH Day!

We are also starting a NEW Month with 2 new Challenges!

Your challenges will be a 1000 meter Bike for Time and/or a Static Hang for Time.

Check out today’s finisher options below!

Monday’s workout includes 5 rounds to build up to a higher weight if you choose.  You can take your time increasing weight every couple of sets… or just stick with a solid weight that you know you can finish each set with STRONG!

Here are the workout intervals and sets:

30 Work / 30 Rest x 5 Rounds

Strength Couplets

Couplet #1

  • Front Squat
  • Pull Ups

Couplet 2

  • Deadlifts
  • Seated Press

Couplet 3

  • Bicep Curl
  • Tricep Extension

FINISHER (Choice):

  • 1000M Bike for TIME  OR…
  • Straight Arm Hang for TIME
