I’ve been slacking lately in the posting of the workouts, and I apologize for that.
It looks like a great day today.
We also have a nice body weight challenge lined up for you.
Do your joint mobility and two round circuit warm up first.
Your warm up will look like this: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for two rounds.
- body weight rows
- body weight squats, second round drop squats
- push ups, second round half burpees
- bicycles, second round mountain climbers
- jumping jacks
- med ball thrusters
- row or shuttle run
Here’s you challenge: Do as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes.
- 500 row or run
- 40 body weight squats
- 30 mountain climbers
- 20 jumping/kipping/dead hang pull ups
- 10 squat thrusts, burpees or dead start burpees
