I’ve been slacking lately in the posting of the workouts, and I apologize for that.

It looks like a great day today.

We also have a nice body weight challenge lined up for you.

Do your joint mobility and two round circuit warm up first.

Your warm up will look like this: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for two rounds.

  • body weight rows
  • body weight squats, second round drop squats
  • push ups, second round half burpees
  • bicycles, second round mountain climbers
  • jumping jacks
  • med ball thrusters
  • row or shuttle run

Here’s you challenge: Do as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes.

  • 500 row or run
  • 40 body weight squats
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 20 jumping/kipping/dead hang pull ups
  • 10 squat thrusts, burpees or dead start burpees
