It’s great to be back home after a week of lounging out in South Florida.

I did manage to get some pretty good body weight training in while on Vacation.

Here’s an example of something you can do while on vacation.

We’ve got a Training Room classic lined up for  you today.

We also have the Av0n Raft race today, so if you’re in the area, come support Team Training Room!

Today’s workout: 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station. Finish 6 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.

  • Feet down assisted pull-ups or kip pull-ups
  • battling ropes
  • air squat w/hold
  • Dumbell push press
  • Double unders, versa, ski, or squat thrust
  • Mt. climbers w/ push-up hold if possible

1;30 rest between exercises.
