Here’s your challenge workout for the week.

Lets get nice and warmed up for this one starting with a  full body joint mobility wake up.

We’ll do two rounds of circuit warm up.

We’ll give you some a few options today.

Hopefully we’ll be able to get outdoors this week.

4 rounds of this for time.

  • 500 meters on the rower,ski erg, run, or versa climb 500 feet
  • 40 air squats
  • 30 mountain climbers or 15/15 sledge hammer hits
  • 20 kipping or jumping pull ups
  • 10 squat thrusts
