How did we all do on yesterday’s fitness test?
From what I saw yesterday, it looked like most everyone improved.
We will be throwing these tests at you periodically to see how you are progressing.

Today we will be doing two separate 10 minute AMRAP challenges.
First warm up with a circuit warm up.
Here are your 10 minute AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible)
AMRAP 1: get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes as you can of the following
- 10 calories on the rower
- 10 squat thrust/
- 10 kettlebell high pulls
- 10 1/2 buprees
Rest 3 minutes
AMRAP 2: get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes
- 10 shuttle runs (10-15 yards) or calories on the airdyne
- 10 mountain climbers each leg
- 10 box jumps or squat jumps
- 10 power v-sits
