We’ve got a nice body weight conditioning session for you…

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest for 6 rounds at each station

After completing each 6 round set, take 1:30 rest.

Here are your stations:

  • Any type of body weight squat (air squat, drop squat,deck squat,squat jump etc…)
  • Air Dyne or Watt Bike
  • Pull ups (any type)
  • Mountain climb
  • Jump rope or step ups
  • Crab toe touch or knees to chest
