We’ve got a nice body weight conditioning session for you…
20 seconds work/10 seconds rest for 6 rounds at each station
After completing each 6 round set, take 1:30 rest.
Here are your stations:
- Any type of body weight squat (air squat, drop squat,deck squat,squat jump etc…)
- Air Dyne or Watt Bike
- Pull ups (any type)
- Mountain climb
- Jump rope or step ups
- Crab toe touch or knees to chest
