Here’s a nice interval workout for you.

Start out with some joint mobility and body weight movements to wake up the body.

Then warm up with a 500 meter row, run or ski erg.

Today you will complete 10,000 meters total of rowing, running or ski erg with 2 or three people.

Or, you can do it solo.

Break it up into 400 or 500 meter intervals. As your partner is working, you are recovering.
